receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.

Hit send too fast? Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. We will do our best to catch your order before it ships.
Modifications, such as adding or removing an item, switching styles or sizes, are not possible once the order is submitted.

International orders outside of USA are subject to import duties and taxes,
as determined by your country. We are not responsible for any additional
charges that might occur. The shipping charges incurred at check-out do
not include duty, import or vat taxes.

returns
Items purchased on cieleathletics.com can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in brand new condition with no signs of wear, and with all tags and inserts attached in their original position.
Shoes must show no sign of wear on the upper, mid, or outsole and be free from scratches or marks of any kind. All stickers, tags and inserts must be attached in their original location.
We offer returns $12 flat rate return labels to the US and Canada. The fee is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer prepaid return labels for international returns.
Our products are made in limited quantities. Returned items are inspected upon arrival for signs of wear. A return that does not meet our requirements is subject to refusal.
Once the return is received and approved, the refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and take 2 to 5 days to be reflected on your bank statement.
You will be notified of any updates regarding your return.
warranty
we want you happy. if at any point you notice a performance issue with your ciele athletics™ product please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for a repair or replacement.
in return, we ask that you take good care of it and if you’re no longer using it - reinvent it, donate it, trade it or recycle it.
please note that the million miles guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. this includes fading of fabric, seam tape deterioration, and overall deterioration of fabric and moving parts that is to be expected with time; damage from use or misuse such as rips, tears, burns, holes and stains; and products that have not been properly cared for or have endured excessive use leading to a shorter product life.
ciele athletics joint adventure products which are not manufactured by ciele athletics will be offered the same guarantee as offered by the manufacturer of those products.ciele athletics joint adventure products that are manufactured by ciele athletics will be covered by the million miles guarantee.
if you have purchased from one of our ciele athletics retail partners, the easiest method is to work with them directly. if there are issues doing that, you can reach out to us for warranty assistance.
the term "million miles" refers to the reasonable lifetime of the product. this does not mean your lifetime but rather the lifetime of the materials and components that go into the finished product. we do our best to select high quality fabrics, materials and components that meet our standards, but even the best materials have a lifespan and will eventually degrade. we evaluate a product’s lifetime by its intended use and frequency of use, not by how old it is.
in some situations we are able to send replacement parts for repairs that can be done at home. if the product is not repairable, we will make every effort to replace a product, but cannot guarantee availability. any limited edition or discontinued product still covered by warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with an equivalent model in our current collection, based on availability. we may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
ciele athletics joint adventure products which are not manufactured by ciele athletics will be offered the same guarantee as offered by the manufacturer of those products. ciele athletics joint adventure products that are manufactured by ciele athletics will be covered by the million miles guarantee.
-normal wear and tear. this includes fading of fabric, seam tape deterioration, and overall deterioration of fabric and moving parts that is to be expected with time.
-damage from use or misuse such as rips, tears, burns, holes and stains.
-products that have not been properly cared for or have endured excessive use leading to a shorter product life.
-products that have been altered or modified from their original condition when purchased.
-products not purchased from ciele athletics, a ciele athletics authorized retailer or seller, including unauthorized internet sites.
-unauthorized repairs or alterations to product that were not processed through ciele athletics' million miles guarantee program, at a time when the product would have been covered by our warranty.
the million miles guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. damage not covered under warranty may be repaired at our HQ. we strive to charge a reasonable rate for repairs, plus a fee for return shipping.
