we make zero products we’d ever tell you not to run in. in this case however, we’re asking you not to run in the ACBeanie. why? fair question. the ACBeanie is a thicker (double the thickness), heavier (double the weight), version of our Sorino | WS powered VNTBeanie. while the aim of the VNTBeanie was clearly to build a premium, performance driven, plastic free beanie for the gods to run in, the ACBeanie is a “make it because we want one” luxury item that we hope you wear AFTER your winter run (we’ll most definitely be wearing it after our runs). yes, the merino still does a great job of regulating temperature. yes the airBEAM vents still release a certain amount of heat but the weight on this precious piece of knitwear means it’s strictly a recovery beanie. there you have it, the worlds first luxury recovery beanie.
