- haven’t receive a confirmation? check your spam box — all orders receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.
- if you opted for premium shipping: all premium shipping order are shipped with FedEdx. use your tracking number on fedex.com and sign up to receive delivery notifications.
- if you opted for free standard shipping: all standard shipping orders are shipped with Canada Post. use your tracking number at Canada Post. once your item enters you country, you can use the same tracking number with your country’s national postal service for the most accurate updates.
- please be advised that orders outside canada and USA are subject to duty and customs fees determined by your country. shipping charges incurred on your order at check-out do not include duty, import or VAT taxes. we are not responsible for these fees.
