if you opted for free standard shipping:
we ship from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If you opted for free, standard shipping at checkout, you will be sent a Canada Post tracking number. if you’re located outside of Canada — no problem! the tracking number you’ve received is international. once your package leaves Canada, you can use the same tracking number with your country’s national postal service for the most accurate updates.
for the USA, please track your package at USPS for the most up-to-date information — from there, you can register for direct updates with USPS.
if you opted for premium shipping: all orders opting for premium shipping are tracked with Fedex. if you’re international, please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays.
