There are no additional fees on items shipped within Canada, All duties and fees associated with the import of a product to other countries are the buyers responsibility, please check with local customs to be sure of rates.

AnswerThe normal delivery time from when the package has left our warehouse is:

Canadapost “Airmail” FREE No tracking -average 5-7 business days

Canadapost/Canpar “Tracked” (Tracking will be e-mailed with order shipping confirmation e-mail) average 3-5 business days

To USA:

Canadapost/USPS Standard “Small Package Airmail” FREE No  tracking, average 7-10 business days

Canadapost/USPS Standard “Tracked”  (Tracking will be e-mailed with order shipping confirmation e-mail)  average 5-8 business days

International:

Canadapost “Small Package” Airmail, No tracking (average 14-18 business days)

Question Is a tracking number available for my shipment?

If your cap needs cleaning, feel free to throw in the washing machine on cold and hang to dry.

Question Can I return my cap if I don't love it?
Answer

No problem! If it’s a simple fit/sizing issue send it on back. However, please note for the moment we cannot cover the return shipping cost if the product is not covered by our Million Miles Guarantee.
