General Shipping Information
All packages are sent from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
After placing an order, allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed and shipped from our distribution centre.
Please note that our offices and distribution centres are closed weekends & statutory holidays.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Our courier providers are Couriers Please and Fastway.
Depending on location orders can take between 1-3 business days once dispactched
SHIPMENTS TO NEW ZEALAND:
Sent via AU Post: Standard “Tracked” International Shipment – current delivery times are between 9 – 15 business days
COVID UPDATE: Please note that due to reduced flight capacity between AU and NZ, shipments are taking longer than usual, with current delivery estimates of 9 – 15 business days
TRACKING STANDARD SHIPMENTS
You will receive a track and trace confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If you did not receive this, please get in touch at [email protected] quoting your order number.
If you have not received shipping confirmation, it is possible to cancel your order. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
Ciele Athletics maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained
If you wish to return your order, please return in a new, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and inserts. Ciele Athletics is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.
We want our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service using our contact page. Please include as many details as possible including your order number. Once reviewed, we will issue you a Return Authorization number to associate with the claim.
If the product does not meet your expectations and is not defective, please contact us within 60 days of the original purchase using our contact page .
Our products are guaranteed by our “Million Miles” warranty. If something is wrong with the product, please contact us. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible. If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable freight expenses.
