All packages are sent from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.
After placing an order, allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed and shipped from our distribution centre.
Please note that our offices and distribution centres are closed weekends & statutory holidays.

If you have not received shipping confirmation, it is possible to cancel your order. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
Ciele Athletics maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained
If you wish to return your order, please return in new, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags and inserts. Ciele Athletics is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.
We want our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service using our contact page or directly at [email protected] Please include as many details as possible including your order number. Once reviewed, we will issue you a Return Authorization number to associate with the claim.
If the product does not meet your expectations and is not defective, please contact us within 60 days of the original purchase using our contact page .
Our caps are guaranteed by our “Million Miles” warranty. If something is wrong with the product, please contact us. Your claim should be send to us as soon as possible. If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable freight expenses.
